• 9:30 am check-in, 10 am to 12 pm meet runs
• Everyone will get to swim the 25 or 50 freestyle, 25 backstroke, and of course the 4x25 freestyle relay. Those who are legal in breaststroke and butterfly will get to swim 25s of those events, as well.
• New event: 100-meter IM (individual medley) for swimmers who are legal in all strokes and turns. We have been working on these skills with many swimmers.
• As always, we’re striving for 100% participation and for everyone to participate in a relay. Why? Because who doesn't love a relay!
